kinda funny. Everyone I went to school with has been tossed in the Hali drunk tank at least once (ya gotta understand - this is a coast city with 5 universities and more bars per capita in all of North America - a LOT of boozin occurs), and I made it through 5 years of school there w/o going in....until my last week there!
Luckily I went in early and had my own cell - from the sounds I heard when I woke up and got let out I wouldn't have enjoyed genpop much.

Yes, it was flat, but he was hiding behind a bridge. I pulled over before he even pulled onto the highway. He liked that.
Still gave me a $350 ticket tho. :-(

Okay your ticket is what they refer to is a criminal speeding ticket. Anything 20 over the posted is considered criminal and under is a civil ticket. Yes if you did not show up for court they will issue a warrant for your arrest. But if you live out of state they will not come looking for you. In fact the majority of time they will not even go out of the county to pick up a person on a criminal warrant. Yes they may notify your home state of this violation and yes your home state may suspend your drivers license until your get the Az stuff taken care of. If you ever get stopped driving in Az there is a possibility that you will get arrested for the criminal speeding ticket and you will get more tickets because your privelage to drive in Az will be suspended also. Depending on what agency arrests you, you also are taking a chance of getting your vehicle towed too. That varies from agency to agency. Anything else I can answer for you?
