Anyone using 245/35-18"?? Please look...

I have a 98.5 A4 with Neuspeed Sport spring with 18"x8.5, offset 35, wheels. I was wondering is it possible to use 245/35-18" without having to roll the fender?

Also, will I need a spacer and will it rub against the suspension?

i have the same spec wheels and I'm rubbing with 225/40/18

I'm using 225/40/18 at this moment with no rubbing.
