that said, it's not likely to have a dramatic impact on the alignment...I assume you're just going to adjust 1/4" or so. Your call...more than anything else, you might be hindered by lift time (or lack of). The other two cars will own the lifts tonight.
I think you can use a lithium spray grease. I've used anti-sieze paste, which worked well for me. I warned Rob about putting *something* on the threads prior to installation. I think he has anti-sieze paste handy. Lithium grease is less messy though.

I didn't realize that we were doing a turbo too. I thought it was mostly Rob's car, and the other lift was going to be for Justin, me, Peter... I guess I didn't know why Peter's car was going to be there. Now I do.
If I can get there before Peter, I'd like to adjust my rear sway. I can live with just that. At some point, I'd like to drop the coils a little. I wanted it done before the align...but..............

It was ripped off a few months ago.
The other day I had one passenger in my car while driving down a bumpy road and I bottomed out a good 15 times in 200 feet (all metal on pavement...goodbye oil pan/or downpipe). The passenger got out of the car while I exited on to another road (no traffic, nice sized dip where the roads meet) and apparently my side skirts were so close to the ground that a sheet of paper would have been the most that could have slid between the skirt and the ground. Same deal for the front valence and tail pipes.
How low is your car? I have about 1 1/2 finger gap all around. Between 25 and 25 1/4" ground to fender.
