Anyone want a how to on quickly removing stuck tie rod ends?

No one even answered my question.
I will do a write up, since as our cars age, tie rod ends go from simple to difficult.
In short, as the outer tie rod seizes onto the inner, getting it off becomes an issue. When you try to use leverage on the outer tie rod, the rubber insert between the tie rod and the treaded section begins to give way. This leaves the most common option of trying to grab the threaded section with a pipe wrench.
What I did was use the cut off wheel to cut the threaded section up close to the outer end of the tie rod, then I used a stud puller to grab onto and twist the tie rod end out.
