AoA is solid, but trash that dealer... they should be held accountable

I have dealt with Audi Of America on two occations. Both times, they have been amazing. A truly customer-service oriented company... a joy to deal with.
First Story:
I owned a '01 A4 Avant that I bought out of state (in NH). My local dealer, LEWIS MOTORS is considered one of the worst dealerships in the united states. I had to deal with them for 2 years for service. It was worse than pulling my toenails out one at a time.. they SUCK. It got to the point where they were just rude to me, mostly becasue I didn't buy the car at their dealership and they were pissed that they had to service it now. Tough ****, it's in the rules...
I called AoA to complain, and they basically forced Lewis Motor's hand: TELLING them to be nice to me. It was the sweetest feeling and I have no regrets about ratting them out. Again, they are the WORST DEALERSHIP in america.. perhaps the world.
Second Story:
I recently bought an '01 TT droptop, 225hp.... from a dealer in NJ. I flew down, they were really nice the whole way. I bought the car (no proff of registrations by the way...) and jumped int and drove away. Sweet car! An hour later I'm on the West Side Highway in Manhattan and the thing just quits. Fuel pump, thrown rod, whatever.. I didn't know.. now I'm PUSHING my car through the streets of NYC with frantic traffic and 10000 pissed motorists honking madly at me.. and, I'm in the far LEFT lane of 4 lanes.. really funny ****... I get the lemon onto a sidestreet and just chill for a second. I call the dealer.. they are really appologetic, but get this, they are closed. it's 6:15pm... getting dark. sucks. They say, "we'll pay for a hotel and have the car going again tomorrow morning." Pretty cool, but I'm just having this terrible feeling about this car, like it's just not going to work out. I ask if I can cancel the deal, they say no problem. Here's where it gets good. I call AoA. They send a tow truck, flat-bed the car (which I never see again: hey, who has owned a car for 4 hours??) and then inform me they are going to pay for my travel home up to $500. Amazing! I get a cab to the airport, some food, and a very expensive oneway ticket home and they cover the WHOLE thing... really, REALLY impressed.
So now that I've shared those two stories, I've got to finish up. The dealer in boston should be bending over backwards for you (you just gave them a TON of money). It's sad how slimy car dealerships and salesman are... really makes me pissed. If AoA ran their OWN dealerships, the brand would be unmatched. And this whole 5 stars bull****, it's all crap. When AoA calls you after you buy a car, tell them WHAT REALLY HAPPENS.. don't be fooled by those sleezy saleman.. giving HONEST comments and ratings will make the entire industry better.

If you screw the dealer on the feedback, you can have a real hard time getting your car serviced or repaired. I'd be judicious about lighting into them.
