Default APR Chip Boost Issue, allready STFA

I did a couple 2nd and 3rd gear runs with a VAG tool hooked up today and logged bank 3, 20 and 115. My Actual boost compared to requested boost is allways off by about 200mbar or roughly 2 - 3 psi when the computer is asking for its highest boost levels. When the boost tapers off it is either over boost or right at the requested boost level. Here is a link to 2 of the VAG logs I got today http://www.metro-solutions.net/A4VAGLog.htm you can see that when its requesting 2030mbar for example its getting 1820mbar. Any insight would be appreciated. Just for background I got this chip used and I believe the software has not been updated for about 2+yrs so this may be old software im running, also I replaced the 710 Diverter Valve with a 710N Diverter Valve just a couple days ago.

TIA

Default Could be a boost leak, or a worn out N75 valve.

Of course there's lot of other potential reasons too... but I'd look at those first.

Pressure test to find boost leak

N75 is easy enough to replace.. I'd replace with N75F.

Default Looks like the small hose connected to the intake manifold has a hole in it

Im guessing thats the problem, Im going to replace the hose tomorrow and find out.

Default

Is it the one that goes to the N249? I replaced that one on my 2001 a few weeks back too.

Default Im not sure where the N249 is located...

Its the only tiny hose that is connected at the forward end of the intake manifold at the top.
