I was at the track this weekend and never touched the rev limiter eventhough I was pretty clost to 6.5 to 7 k a couple of times. I was expecting it to cut in but it never did. What did the chip raise it too, or did it just take it out totally?

I have yet to bounce off my GIAC-tuned limiter (7100). RARELY do I pass 6500. I think APR is same.

In the year and a 1/2 I've had my car, I've never once hit the limiter. That's cause the K03's are gutless up top.

My partners stock Passat 1.8T is another story, I regularly bounce off that puppies limiter, because the boost is so much lower, and you need to rev it to get the HP. With a chipped car, you work the power band at around 3K to 5.5K, and anything above that is pointless.
