apr chip waranty info? fried ecu!!

so my ecu is fried.. and i believe its because of the chip. i once had a problem with it being sawed wrong and just last month my ecu is fried. anyone knows if its possible for my apr chip to fry my main ECU? and if yes should APR cover my ecu loss?

What do you mean that you "once had a problem"? Who soldered it? If it wasn't APR or an APR dealer, then you don't have any recourse for a warranty claim.
Lots of details and a timeline missing here....
To answer your question though, definitely APR should replace it if their chip caused your ECU to malfunction. Of course, it'll be at their discretion when you send the ECU back to them for inspection.

the chip its self would do nothing. A bad soldier job could be a problem.
but if it worked and then stopped i think the ecu died.
could you also clarify "fried" does it smell or does it just not work.
