my uncle and I removed all the stock parts on a Friday night, which took us about 2 hours. We also removed the front bumper cover, which is about a 20 minute job on its own (to re-seat my APR engine mount). We started installing the kit Saturday morning around 9:30 I believe, and I drove it out of the garage around 7pm. We lost two hours however when I snapped a manifold bolt and had to drive down to the dealer to buy a new one ($2.00). Otherwise we probably would have finished around 5pm.
It helps if you have an ample supply of tools at your disposal, and at least two other people assisting; that way, one person can work on tightening things up from below the car (oil & coolant return lines, lower hose items, etc.) while your help works on the other items from above.
