ARGH!! Road rage sux!
Driving into work this AM, it's pouring, visibility sux, and somebody moves into my lane leaving me NO room up front, because he was tired of driving in somebody else's wake. This irked me just a bit...but if he's going to accelerate and be on his merry way, I could care less. I wait, still riding his a$$, because that's where he put his car, but he doesn't accelerate...so I stay on his a$$. Now he brake checks me!? That's about where I snapped. I'll refrain from publishing the events that followed, but why o why couldn't he just have the courtesy to make sure there was room to move into my lane before he did so. It wasn't a mistake...he knew I was there, and knowingly squeezed in. Argh!
Oh, and I've now discovered that I have a muscle in my back that contracts when I get into these little road rage tangles. It presses on a nerve and sends a sharp shooting pain up my back. God's way of keeping me in check? Whatever it is, it's very odd. It ONLY happens when someone raises my blood pressure while I'm *driving*.

I would have to agree. The worst part of it, the other guy started it, as is usually the case.
but as soon as you get mad, the other person acts as if you started the whole thing. I hate that.

you're driving a beater. rear-end him :-) I recall "bumping" idiots just like that back in the day
with my truck. ok, so I was 17 and stupid, but I bet it's last thing on someone's mind when the person behind them actually bumps them forward just after they let of the brake from their brake-check. Thus, no damage on my part since the front car is going forward.
I miss having a steel bumper that you could just re-paint with the spray can of paint in your back yard :-)
