So I take it your still, in break in? My car is sitting at the mechanic's shop now
Waiting for tommorrow's early morning pes clutch install.
So you reused the stock flywheel I take it?
Just wondering.. I'll have to break in the clutch also. Easy riding for me.. until break in is over
then race gas here I come

I've got the Sachs Stage II clutch...
It begain to chatter a little after about 800 miles. Now I have about 2k miles on it and it chatters like a b*tch everytime it heats up.
I've talked with some people online and they said it chatters because I did not get the flywheel resurfaced when I had the clutch installed.
Hope this helps a little. Mine still chatters, but haven't gotten the flywheel resurfaced yet.

hmmm..
intersting this is the first reported clutch chatter i have... hmmm... this chatter is somethig you hear or is it a jerking sensation of the entire car???
out of 3 people you are the only one with this chatter from my records. Mike DiGessepie has that setup well he has a Stage 3 clutch but same disk that does not chatter at all from what he tells me...
keep driving it do some hard spirited launches see if it goes away because you are still on the top layer of the kevlar.

yours should not chatter...
it's the same as Boostd's and WJM's kit same identical setup. Mark's is slightly more agressive i used the Stage 3 disk on a stage 2 pressure plate. he is the third person to run this setup. so far the other 2 people are fine with it... actually i have seen their cars 98passat and 00 passat since they are local to me. works fine no chatters but i did the flywheel resurface so all the hot spots was removed.
