Default ATP manifold - grrr

So as I proceed to return my car to stock, I pulled the ATP manifold...
I found a nice hairline crack starting to form on it.
I had the manifold treated with Jet-Hot and some machine work done to it before I had installed it 2 years ago.
Called ATP "Our manifolds are warrantied for 1 year."
However the machine work allowed me to pull the manifold easily and left the exhaust studs straight.

You aren't the first to have this problem. If you want to obtain a very nice cast manim I would recommend the Dahlback peice if you can still find one. Fahlback told me it was modeled after the Sport Quattro mani and is a pulsed manifold to speed spool up. It is very well built and requires no work of any kind, but I did Swaincaot it to also speed spool up. Tim at NEA may still have one as hr moved to an equal length steel header.

I do like Dahlback piece, but I won't be modding this car anymore. Back to stock, sell, buy a B7 and start all over.
I know ATP had cracking problems, they started showing up after I had already bought this manifold, that is why I then added the Jet-Hot.
More annoyed with their warranty support. Sorry 1 year.
