Default well then, you will like that program a lot! when I would go to visit my friends in

California, the thing would run strong! But then I would head back up to the mountains and the issues would start all over again. good luck and post the results.

Default then you should know, this is not a new problem. I had Moss himself run logs in Cali. and then

showed him my own logs from Colorado ( I live in Vail)and he saw the problem (req. vs. actual)but had no answer for me other than to try different programs. I thought "why keep going through this" and went to the MTM "altitude program" and have had NO issues since. Maybe the market is too small for GIAC to write/rewrite an altitude program....but it was not too small for MTM to do it

Default so basically the issue was that the program didnt reduce the boost for altitude..

and was asking the turbo to flow more than was possible? then you get the negative deviation code?

Default I am looking at logs myself next week

and will proceed from there. I understand that it is difficult at altitude.

Default yes, in the upper RPM range the turbo could not produce all the requested

boost secause of the thinner air, so you had the negative deviation of the two and the ECU would go into limp mode.

Default too bad i didnt know about it then, it seems that you could bump the voltage on

the MAP just a tad to get around that.
