Default Attn: People with OEM Polished tips.

How did you install the tips? In other words, how far back did you slip the tips - before the tips narrow? - just after? -pushed all the way in? I've got my tips and I've been trying out different locations. I was hoping for some input. TIA.

True, but I was hoping to avoid future probs by getting feedback on what could go wrong.

Default Don't go to far out with them. Then you see the screws in the back. Just about where the exh. tip...

narrows. The tips also look better if they are at this position, i.e. they don't stand out too much.

Default what i did...

i basically slid the Audi tip all the way back on the left one and the inner one i have about 1/2" out further to follow the curve of the bumper. so mine look staggered.

If they stick out more than the stock tips someone WILL burn their legs. Also, it might discolor the bumper.
