Default Fat chance, none of those other cars were driving unless you have some giggle gas, too.

Especially not the e36 M3. Loads more hp, a good bit more torque, and a hell of a lot less weight = you are burnt toast next to an e36 M3. BTW, your pulleys and intake probably net <10 hp max, which doesn't do much for your case when you're only starting with 190.

Default See above. Your frineds can't drive. Even the IS will bury you with a decet driver, if not as

badly as an M3, but for essentially the saem reasons.

Default I would bet a properly modded 2.8 can be competitive w/any car on the street- with the right driver.

We're *not* talking drag strip here. I'm talking twisties...real world conditions, imperfect roads, weather conditions-snow, rain, etc. With the right drivers, most cars can be competitive.

How often are you on the Nurburgring? I think not. I think it's best to ignore the machines here, since they are all reasonably similar.

Autos suck as tho.

Default No, these machines are not similar.

And as childish and completely immature as street racing is, you have to look at what i being brought to the table.

2.8 with some pulleys and a filter.
IS300 (I'm assuming stock).
And a 328ci (again, I'm presuming stock).
All automatics.

So again, I'm going to put it out there like this:

328ci > IS300 > A42.8.

I've beaten is300's pretty handily with my 2.8. But in an auto, no. I don't think so.

Default My chipped 1.8T smoke the same 2.8 i mention earlier.

Dont see where you're coming from. You need a blower to be competitive.
