Especially not the e36 M3. Loads more hp, a good bit more torque, and a hell of a lot less weight = you are burnt toast next to an e36 M3. BTW, your pulleys and intake probably net <10 hp max, which doesn't do much for your case when you're only starting with 190.

We're *not* talking drag strip here. I'm talking twisties...real world conditions, imperfect roads, weather conditions-snow, rain, etc. With the right drivers, most cars can be competitive.
How often are you on the Nurburgring? I think not. I think it's best to ignore the machines here, since they are all reasonably similar.
Autos suck as tho.

And as childish and completely immature as street racing is, you have to look at what i being brought to the table.
2.8 with some pulleys and a filter.
IS300 (I'm assuming stock).
And a 328ci (again, I'm presuming stock).
All automatics.
So again, I'm going to put it out there like this:
328ci > IS300 > A42.8.
