Did you remove the cams before doing your gasoline test to check if the valves were closing? Hard to get good results with the cams in.
If they still leak with the cams out, they are bent.

yes i removed the cams out and the valves are leaking
but the valves they are not bent they are looks fine
may be there is some Carbonated Dirt or Prevent valves to be closed
