Default Audi A4 radio Concert with Bose speakers

Is it easy to switch to another radio unit ???Because i have the Audi Concert radio without cd, and i wan't a radio with cd system.

I have seen that u can buy a unit that fills up the space right and left of the radio when u use a standard brand radio like pioneer or sony. But my question is, do the speakers wirings fit a normal radio, or is it specially made for the Audi Concert radio-unit ???

Does only the audi cd changer work on the radio, or are there also other brands cd changers that will work ???
