Default AUDI A4 Transmision problem

Car jerks violently when shfting to reverse or drive but hesitates to move when in drive. Moves only on high revs. Reverse does fine. Any ideas?

What codes are you seeing in both the engine and trans?
Is fluid level correct?

Cannot access TCU. ECU reading only Addresses 01, 03 and 15. Output tests on engine only testing Evap and O2 sensor, nothing else. ECU bad?

ECU rarely fails. What tool are you using in your attempt to connect?

is the car a auto? if so your problem is low fluid I had same problem on my old 2001 a4 but you have to get audi to put it in cause it has to be the right level and need special tools to put fluid in to car. mine would do the same you put it in reverce sometimes it would move them jump out then if you rev gas jump back in and toss you forword hard and when you put it in drive it be like the brakes are holding or something as soon as I got fluid put in car worked great

No. That's another issue.
Is the ABS light on? Aftermarket radio?
If you are using a genuine Ross Tech adapter that has been proven good by use in another car, then you have something flooding the K line with traffic.

Genuine Ross Tech interface.
ABS light is on.
Radio- did not check if it is after-market coz I can access the ECU. From previous experience with AMR i could not comm with ECU at all till I got solution from Ross.

What could be flooding the K line if I can read part of the ECU and not the rest?
