Default Audi customers in Puerto Rico

I am the original owner of a 2001 A4. It was purchased on the only Audi dealership on the island, Garage Europa. This dealership has been a continuous source of aggravation when it comes to getting warranty repairs done all the time. The repairs are never ready the day they are promised to, the mechanics do a very sloppy work (my engine bay was missing at least 5 or 6 screws from the last repair), and there is no communication between the service department and the repair department itself.

My car has been in and out of the dealership for 3 weeks now. Meanwhile I'm stuck with the expense of renting a car since the A4 is my only car. They won't reimburse the cost of the rental, nor they will give me a loaner. My car came with all the Audi USA warranty information yet it seems that it is not covered by it. Audi USA provides $25 per day towards a car rental expense yet my dealership won't.

Is anyone here from Puerto Rico? I am trying to get in touch with as many Garage Europa's customers as possible. We are not provided with the real warranty information for our cars.

Call AoA and inform them of what's going on. They sent me a check for my tow bill.

They won't help. My car is out of their "jurisdiction".

How is that? Puerto Rico is part of the U.S.

Default Exactly my point.....

I found out today after a ton of research that all Audis sold in Puerto RIco are imported by Interamericana Transport Inc. There is no information about them anywhere except a parts ordering website for the dealerships. No contact information, no emails, phone numbers, nothing.

My car has all the USA Warrantly booklets and until today I thought it was covered the same was as the Audis in continental US.

Default A letter to consumer TV shows usually helps too. I don't know if you have any in the US with teeth

In the UK there is a consumer show called watchdog and they Nail big companies all the time.
Usually just the threat of a letter to Watchdog does the trick.

They Nailed Ford and Firestone on the Exploding Explorer tyres.

Its amazing what a letter can do even in the year 2004.
