There is a Tech bulletin from March 22, '01 that basically follows up on one...
from April 1999 that changed the 1.8T fill capacity from 4.3 quarts to 3.7 quarts (with filter). Apparantly the dealer techs needed to be reminded AGAIN. Sinced they were still constantly overfilling!<ul><li><a href="http://tech.vw.com/audipdf/a170102.pdf">Tech bulletin 170102</a></li></ul>
