Default Audi Detailing... All the goods!

Im gonna have to wash/wax/detail my car for the first time since driving it off the lot. Ive got a Santorin A41.8. I was just wondering if someone can gimme a checklist of the best products for making my car look so damn shiny! Also, which products are best for cleaning vinyl, and so on for the interior? Any input would help me out a lot.
Thanks

Use the 3M Hand Glaze as a polish before using a nice wax like Zymol. That produced the best results I've ever seen.

Default I use products recommended & sold at www.carcareonline.com.

The basic products I use:

Sonax Gloss Shampoo
3M Imperial Hand Glase
One Grand Blitz Wax
Lexol Vinylex (interior)
P21S Wheel Cleaner

In between washes:
One Grand Show Off

Default Shopping list....

This is a combination of what many here recommend and my own personal experience:

Wash - P21 Body Shampoo
Glass - Stoners Invisible Glass
Tires - Vision 1 Wet Tire, Stoners More Shine Less Time
Wax - Blitz One Grand. I have used Mothers Carnuba Wax but it is said to not last as long as others. Klasse All in One polish is said to be excellent but pricey.
Interior - Lexol
Other - Meguiers Show Time Finish, some kind of bug&tar remover
Tools - Wash Mit, California Water Blade (very cool), Chamois, P21S Drying Towel, California Duster (very cool between washes), Clean plastic bucket

Watch the content of your cloths if you use them to dry your car after a wash. Always go gentle first. Learn about this stuff and you'll have more fun...carcareonline and griots garage provide a wealth of knowledge

Don't forget a clay bar. Your paint will be as smooth as glass.

Default DO NOT CLAYBAR!

There's NO need for it on a brand new paint job. Maybe a year down the road with some stubborn contiminants, but you shouldn' need a claybar right now.

Default Why would a claybar harm his paint at this stage? Am I missing something?

The detailer I spoke to said when he does a total detail on ANY car (brand new or older), he clay bars to ensure all foreign material is removed prior to polishing & waxing.
