I assume that introduction date is for Europe only and as always North America will be one year later?

I have no idea, but that seems reasonable. We can infer that these cars are going to show at major auto shows. The really big one will be in Frankfurt in September, so that seems likely. The NY show is coming up next month as well. I would guess we'll see the Avant first since the redesigned A4 has already been out for a while. Save the Cab for Frankfurt to make a big splash!
