Audi Glove Box CDC to Concert I Radio (w/Bose in 1999.5 A4 2.8)

Audi Glove Box CDC to Concert I Radio (w/Bose in 1999.5 A4 2.8)
Anyone had any success getting this setup to work?
The Concert I is with Bose and trunk CDC. I disconnected the trunk CDC, connected all glove box CDC wires per Audi Cable Harness instructions (Except wired GND/Brown wire to T10/10- not T20/10).
At this time, Glove box CDC powers up, and will permit insertion/ejection of CDs. Radio, however, does not 'see' the CDC (have performed multiple CD detection and/or forced Safe mode/enter radio code, to no avail).
I realize that glove box CDC was designed to 'fit' with Symphony II, and that CAN bus system (B6) may be the culprit.
