Did you pay for a loaner? I just made an appointment 3 wks. from now and...
I asked for a loaner since I have to leave it there (work) and he said that they don't do that for service appointments. However, he did offer to split the cost which comes out to $12.50 for me.

For regular service......
They provide a loaner at no cost.... but you have to make the appt. about 4 weeks out. If I want to pay for my own rental.... then I am two weeks out.......
I opted not to do either but I was still two weeks out........
They use to provide a loaner for regular service. They have since changed the policy.

That does $uck........... who did you talk to? Is this at the dealership out south?
I am assuming that you are in Co... and the dealership that you are referring to is on S. Broadway........
