Default Did you pay for a loaner? I just made an appointment 3 wks. from now and...

I asked for a loaner since I have to leave it there (work) and he said that they don't do that for service appointments. However, he did offer to split the cost which comes out to $12.50 for me.

Default For regular service......

They provide a loaner at no cost.... but you have to make the appt. about 4 weeks out. If I want to pay for my own rental.... then I am two weeks out.......

I opted not to do either but I was still two weeks out........

They use to provide a loaner for regular service. They have since changed the policy.

So, I'm pretty much a$$ed out $12.50? Oh well...could be worse. Could've been $25.00
