Default Audi Service in Michigan

I now know that Fred Lavery and his Audi dealership are people who care about anything but the $$$$$. Someone there stole my friends Momo carbon/kevlar bucket seat from his car. When we confronted them, the service manager, they were very desrespectful and would not cooperate until we eventually took them to small claims court. They are bastards and don't buy cars from them. I am just warning you, they are come slick ones.

Bill Cook Audi is now my choice.

Default Be careful at Bill Cook too.

I leased my car from and have it serviced by Fred Lavery. They have always taken care of me. That sucks about your buddies seat.

Be careful at Bill Cook though. Apparently they have some people in the service department who work on cars that don't have a clue. A guy I used to work with had a TT roadster, bought it from Bill Cook where his buddy was a service manager. He took it in for an oil change, drove it home and parked the car. Next day, goes outside and oil is all over the garage floor. Apparently, they forgot to replace the oil plug.

He fought with them for awhile and they wouldn't do anything to compensate him....and his buddy was a service manager there. That should tell you something.

Default No help from Lavery

I bought my car from Lavery. When I moved to El Paso, I asked them to tell me where I should take my car for service since there are no Audi dealers within a 6-hour drive from here. They just shrugged and said, "I dunno, guess you'll have to just call around."

EXCUSE ME, but when I pay $31k for a mid-sized sedan, I expect a little service. I think THEY should call around.
