Autodimming and compass mirror resources
I recently had the rear view mirror on MY2000 A4 crap out with the standard blob issue. I have conducted a search on this site but have yet to locate a definitve resource for locating one of these "upgrade" mirrors. I'm trying to avoid the stealership if I can.
If anyone has a reliable resource that they use for inexpensive parts, please advise. I don't care if it's new or used. (must be black not grey)

Thanks for the info. I figured that it would be pricey but not THAT pricey...
