I bought an extended warranty from phone number on AAA web site. AAA web site would seem suggest AAA backs the warranty. I failed to ask the right questions beforehand. I understood there to be a 60 day no-risk cancellation period, so I wasn't too concerned beforehand. When I received the contract it became clear that AAA is simply a reseller for a company called Warrantech. Short story is I decided to cancel the contract when I understood this. I sent in my cancellation with an overnight letter, so I have tracking information that it was received. However, it is becoming extremely clear they will do everything in their power to avoid paying a refund.
