No cam adjuster seals? That's probably the problem.

Default Entire assembly....downpipe, flex joint, cat.............
Both flex joints are aftermarket replacements that "whitsle" and there is a leak somewhere that makes a lot of noise.

Thus the reason I replaced them.

I got complete assembly replacements from CT Converters (www.ctconverters.com) for $300. per side vs. $800. per side from the dealer.

They fit well and no "whistle".
