You have a C172? I liked flying those, but scared the crap out of a friend one time when I rented one, assumed it had fuel, and miles from the airport saw the gauges on Empty. Poor guy was crying and thought he was going to die.

I bought one to learn in when I was taking flying lessons. Them gauges are awful, not to mention the radio. I dont blame your friend. I did a cross country, and both my compass and radio broke, I was flying round and round at 600ft trying to find a landmark I recognized so I could get back home. But I still love flying them. Im comfortable in them.

Me too, that Audi is my first car, I'm 20 years old and to me is like a trophy of all my hard work since no one helped me to buy it.. I bought it when I was 19, I was wondering.. Your Audi is a 2.8L, right?

Mine's an early issue (5/95) 12V, fixed valve timing engine. The 30V makes about 10% more power and with a better torque curve, but this one still gets the job done, now at 242,000 miles on OE engine and ZF auto. Here's a somewhat out-of-focus shot from the other evening, parked at a house that we just bought. You can just make out the distinctive '96 wide license plate recess on the trunk. One good thing about driving an almost 19-year old Audi- car payment money goes to property value instead.
