Default b6 17s on stock 1.8t b5

i have a 2000 1.8tq...everything is stock. i like the look of the b6 17' sport wheels. the OEM tires are different size though (i think)....this will read an incorrect speedometer. thoughts and suggestions please.

Yeah, at 60 mph, you will actually be doing 60.8 from 205/50/16 to 235/40/17

Default so if he runs 10 mm spacers he should be fine with 235/40/17. I ran 235/40/18 and only rubbed some..

times when the car was loaded with 3 or 4 people, and car was lowered on Vogtland/bilstein setup.
