Default Bad experience with Clair Parts.
Hey!

I just called Clair Parts to order some parts and I was amazed at how rudely the guy treated me. If it's not on their site, don't bother calling them.

What a crappy way to start off the day.

Anyone know of another place where I can order parts?

Default I found them to be better than the guys at my dealer. That was their attitude.
When I ordered the lower allroad grilles from them they took the time to look it up.

Default I'm trying to get the trim pieces around the radio.
It looks like I'll just drive 100+ miles to the dealer.

Next time take the guys name...I always ask their name first....

Default They still owe me $80-some odd bucks for parts...
...that were damaged 3 months ago. I checked with UPS and the claim was settled with Clair back in April. I haven't heard from Clair's yet.
