Default Bad experience w/ Clair Parts.

I order a mercedes Mclaren T-shirt along w/ several other items from their website. Ordered a large received an XX-L. No big deal they made a mistake right. I called them up told them what happened. I even said I would keep the wrong one if they would send another one in the correct size with no shipping charges. They said they would check to see what happend and call me back. No call. 2 days later I call again. They said they were busy and haven't checked yet and they would call me back. It has been a week now with no returned call. What's the deal? Ho long does it take to send me a new shirt?
Clair has just lost a customer.

Default Similar experience

I ordered a license plate frame in black. In the notes a wrote to make sure the frame was black because the picture of the black one wasn't specific. I received a silver one, and so I called to complain. The customer service was less than satisfactory. At the same time I ordered my SS from Stratmosphere. I received emails confirming the product, tracking number and arrival date. I will be doing business in the future with Stratmosphere, not with Clair.

Default Good luck getting Audi parts from Strat!

Clair parts does read this forum, hopefully someone will see this tomorrow and follow-up.

Maybe the solution is not to order on-line. Maybe they haven't worked the kinks out of that yet. I have had excellent results with phone orders. If they are busy, I just leave a message and they call same day to complete the order.

Default I have had excellent customer service from Clair for YEARS.

I have also bought about $2,000 worth of parts in those four years.

Ask for Barry Belz..in Audi Wholesale Parts...

Or ask for the manager...Mark Burns.

Default CLAIR has BAD customer service!

If you need to deal with CLAIR use their online ordering. I made the mistake and called them and they were RUDE to say the least. Oh well besides getting my stuff 2 days late I guess their prices are "OK".

Default Our Apologies

Every once in a while we need to step back and look at what we are doing. There are "No Excuses" for bad service.

Some of our issues have cleared up this week with personnel returning to work from vacations and illness and we will make an additional effort to identify the problems and fix them ASAP.
