Default battery discharging

Do I just need a new battery? I've had this battery for about 3 years. I think there is some fluid to add to the battery if it is low, or something, not too sure. Will that do the job or do I just need a new battery?

Default Check water levels!

Mine (3 year old battery) was having trouble holding a charge and I checked the water levels and found them to be almost dry! Although these batteries are called 'maintenance free" by Audi, they need to be checked. There are six caps on top of the battery that can be unscrewed with a screwdriver (or coin). Shine a flashlight down each and the water should completely cover the lead baffles in the battery. If you can see metal, add DISTILLED water to just cover them (no need to fill to the top - you do not want battery acid spilling in your engine bay).

Since adding water last month. My battery has been fine.

If your water levels are ok, get a new battery.
