Default Dealer justed confirmed - it is timing belt tensioner

Sorry to be so confusing. With possible internal damage indicated by the dealer, I called back and they confirmed it is the timing belt tensioner that was bad. The belt did not break however. They intend to replace with the new style and do compression check, etc. to look for any possible internal damage. Strange for a car that has only 48,000 miles on it. I'm thinking I wish it broke so I could have had a whole new engine replaced under warranty.

I purchased a used car warranty with the car. Actually a Nissan managed warranty. 100.00 deductible.
