Besides painting my lower door trim, where can i get a piece to replace it?

Default Besides painting my lower door trim, where can i get a piece to replace it?
I have the reiger m3 side skirts, but the black trim still shows. Does anyone sell that part painted to match our car.Or can i use the S4 lower door trim.

Is that the stock bumper with just an attachment? Or a totally new rear?
