I like my Kumho's - at least as good as my Perrelli 7000 sports

Default I think the Toyo (TS-1?) comes in around that price.

People choose these tires over others costing upwards of $200 ea. No personal experience with them, but check with Steve Sherwood in the S4 forum.

Default BTCC, I have a set of 5 Paradas that I'd be willing to sell you...

for a great price. Four of them have about 8K miles on them and one has about 500 miles on it.

I have been VERY impressed with how well the tread has held up (still plenty left), and the wet-weather traction is FANTASTIC. And since it's a Z-rated tire, the dry weather grip is amazing.

The only reason that I'm parting with them is that they are a little too noisy for my liking and I got a set of Yokohama AVS from someone on the forums for a song & dance. If I don't sell the Paradas, I'll have a set of 18's, and two sets of snow tires in the garage. And that's just too much rubber for one person

The AVS that I bought should be here in about a week, so I'll be selling the Paradas as soon as I get them mounted. If you're interested in the Paradas, shoot me an e-mail with an offer and I'll get back to you with some more details. I'll part with them for a reasonable offer, so this would at least give you a chance to try out the Paradas without paying anywhere near full retail. And the Paradas still have 2/3 of their tread left.

My e-mail is jussnb@aol.com if you're interested.
