Take a look at builder material recyclers in your area...
Places like FreeCycle.org have recycled contractor supplies cheap... Check to see if there are any in your area... For a total of $65 I found locally 4 nice cabinets, 3.5x14 feet of formica counters, and a Pepsi fridge.
