best way to improve bose sound IYO?

Default best way to improve bose sound IYO?
already done the de-bose, dammit i need better sound.

upgrade all speakers?
just upgrand bose amp?


what have you guys done that you like. i want to keep the deck for astetic reasons

Default my opinion, is to replace the woofers with ones that are less boomy,
i'm happy with the sound of all my other speakers

Default where are they located? i'm assuming you don't mean the door spekers
but the actual sub itself...?

Default I think he means the ones in the package tray.
I'm getting ready to install my punch amp and an 8" tube in the trunk. Just for bass fill in. That way I can turn down the base on the stock speakers and just use them for high and mid tones.

Default let me know how you wire it, i'm adding a sub REAL soon EDIT
its sitting on my floor. might as well put it in.

i have speaker level inputs on my amp...want to have a stereo install garage day?

I know I need to put a bass line controller in so I don't shut down all my bass. I'll search and see. I'm sure there's a tech article on it.

Default let me know. i've done LOTS of system installs...
a few pretty wild ones in preivous cars of mine. i've never used line feeds, always low-level clear as diamond 4.5V feeds. mmmmmmm that system was so transparent and oh so banging. i've got tons of tools and knowhow, I just want to do it right.
