Default Big Turbo Kit

You may have read my earlier posts where I talked about purchasing an APR stage 3 upgrade. Since then I have discovered that there is quite a long wait to get one of the APR kits, so I am leaning towards the PES T-28. This is unless I can find a new DBW stage 3 kit somewhere in the US.
I know that the APR Stage 3 works well with DBW cars and am a little worried about trying the PES T-28 as I have heard that the APR is better for DBW A4's. Should I wait for the APR BBQ to see if they release a new turbo upgrade or should I go with the PES T-28?
If anyone knows of a new APR DBW stage 3 kit out there please let me know. Thanks!

Default for the APR BBQ, or for a Stage 3 kit to become available?

BTW, I have been patiently waiting to get a turbo upgrade for the past year . Also if you don't mind me asking, what exhaust setup are you currently running?
I really like how the tips are tucked up nicely against the bumper. The only complaint that I have regarding my old APR kit and my current APR/GHL setup is that the tips hang too low.

Default Re: Big Turbo Kit

If you wait a little bit longer I know ATP is finishing up on their GT28RS kit(300-400bhp), and APR is working on theirs which is probably same turbo. The stage 3 they currently offer is a GT28R and is in the 260-310BHP area.
Most of these kits will include plumbing, ballbearing turbo, injectors, new manifolds, fuel pump/regulator, and/or blowoff valves/fuel rail. I know ATP will offer a hardware only minus ECU upgrade. But judging from a test they did with a new B6 and the GT28RS
using only new injectors, and manifold it produced 215bhp @ stock boost!! I noticed alot of people in the EC 1.8T challenge had a GT28RS or GT30R also. I myself just took delivery of a stg3 clutch kit and flywheel from AWE and I'm waiting for all of the newer GT28RS/30R kits to come out.

Default From what I've seen of ATP software...

It sucks! particularly the dbw stuff. I would avoid it like the plauge.

Default I received my APR kit after six weeks...

Couldn't be happier - it runs great. The only problem is, now I need an upgraded intercooler, clutch, etc.
