Is Billstein(non-adjustable) shock compatible /w both H&R sport and race??

Yes, it is a common combo around here.
There is no difference in the valveing of a Bilstein with the adjustable perches and those without.
It will lower your non-sport A4 about an inch in the front and 3/4 in the rear.
Again, it is a great combo.
