and then tell her to give it up? I'd opt for getting rid of it ASAP, especially given the age circumstances. The girl clearly has problems and doesn't need to be dealing with any child right now.

BUT, see I was adopted as a newborn. So if my birth mom had gone the abortion route I would not be here. So, while I am against government restriction of abortion, I tend to favor alternatives whenever possible.

it is the prosecutor from the area or state that decides whether or not to prosecute. for example, if its a 35 year old guy and a 13 year old girl, you bet your *** theyll prosecute. if its a 15 year old girl and a 16 year old boy, they probably wont.
