Would the blackstone report done about 10k mi ago have indicated sludge?
I have a new pressure sensor & oil pump that just arrived via UPS. I definitely have a coolant leak somewhere to find this weekend.
Following sequence of events:
1/3/2006
76,634 miles
Reman engine installed
6/8/2007
116,164 miles
40k miles on reman engine
Blackstone oil report
10/12/2007
126,200 mi
Flashing Oil Pressure Light 3x
Coolant at minimum
Oil level fine
No DTCs
Oil Change
Coolant fill to max
10/25/2007
127,200 mi (+1000 mi)
Flashing Oil Pressure Light 1x
Coolant at minimum
Oil level fine
No DTCs
Coolant fill to max

may only have a bad oil pressure sensor. You might just swap the sensor first.
As for the coolant loss, don't fill to max because you're probably blowing it out the expansion tank while driving down the highway. Fill cold to min so that when hot, the coolant expands to max.
