Will they work for a early 1998 delta since the Delta is a blaupunk?

Where do you live? I thought Delta for North American market was made by Alpine and only the factory changer made by Alpine works with the head unit.

Not sure who makes the Delta head-unit, but the CD changer for the Delta is made by Alpine
