Blaupunkt adapter question...
On a 01 A4 with Bose, you need to cut the factory harness or remove the pins from it to make the Blau adapter work. Now does this do anything to the Bose system? Or are the pins that will be removed just useless?

you are talking about this one right? the one I am selling on ebay?
you have to cut the harness that goes into the back of the head unit... and slide that one in next to it... it WILL affect bose, in that you LOSE the bose...
this harness basically takes the output that WAS a preamp to the bose amps and gives it to you as RCAs.
