Default Blown turbo - is it possible to rebuild? and
If i was to reach in and try to move the wastegate rod, should it move freely and jangle around?

I ask because i am having turbo trouble and the dealer is trying to decide between a rebuild or order completely new?

reman will be just as good as a new one... minus a 300 dollar core charge...
