BMW 328 with dinan chip, exhaust, intake vs a 1.8 with same mods, who will win?

definately the BMW
The 328 will run great. Meanwhile, the A4 owner will be there hopelessly machining and rearranging Dinan parts into chunks of metal getting them to fit the A4. And then, he'll try stuffing a Dinan chip into his A4 which will do absoluately nothing since the engine will be brainless. Therefore the BMW wins.
