Bolts from the exhaust manifold to the turbo keep working loose, what can i do?

Default Bolts from the exhaust manifold to the turbo keep working loose, what can i do?
Im pretty sure loctite will just melt from the heat generated by the turbo. Ideas?

Default At this point about as tight as they will go with the engine cold. Its the second time they ...

1) loosen turbo bracket bolt, 2) tighten turbo/manifold bolts, 3) retighten bracket.

Are you reusing the the fasteners? Have you tried new ones?

These have about 1800 miles on them and came with manifold. Im stumped...
