boost question

Default boost question

my car was hitting 21psi of boost on the way home after work. it would spike and then back off and start surging. or it would be totally normal i cant make it do it. anybody heard of this. normal boost is about 15-17 psi

Default I bet if you searched on "boost surge" you might find some answers....

its not a little surge its about a 10-12 lbs swing

what BPV are you running? Got a VAG?

its for a porsche 944 turbo not sure of the part number, i have a vag

Default here are a few things to check....

1.) actual vs requested boost
2.) throwing any codes?
3.) N75
4.) Vac leaks
5.) try swapping the BPV with a friend
