2nd Silver had it happen I had it happen. The signs all add up for a Blow Waste Gate for Darki...
but "IM ALL IN" has something else going on if the ECU won't request higher than 12lbs to begin with.

not sure if this is related, but ...
i did the output tests inside vagcom for the ECU
and it was saying SHORT TO GROUND
for the following components:
N80 - evap canister purge valve
N112 - 2ndary air solenoid valve
J299 - 2ndary air pump relay
N75 - wastegate bypass regulator vavle
N205 - valve 1 for cam adj
V144 - leak detection pump
N249 - recirculating valve solenoid
N30-N33 - 1-4 fuel injectors
and it was saying SHORT TO GROUND
for the following components:
