Bose Bass Booster
I have seen for a sale a "Bose bass booster" for the audi a4. What do you guys know about this part? I have a 2001 a4 with the Bose system in it. Does my car already have one or is this booster in addition too? Is it worth the money? Any other info would be great. Thanks!!!

It appears to be an amplifier, heat sink like top and open side for circulation but the way its advertised is confusing. Bose Booster for CD player??? I know my audio but I have no idea what that thing is. Have you clarified with the seller or with Bose?

Sort of related - isnt the head unit the same for Bose and stock?
I thought the amp and speakers were the only thing that differentiated the Bose and stock systems...meaning that the head units are the same. Looks like that guy is selling the amp (hence 'boost' your system to a Bose?) I dunno...
